A Registered Gwich’in Business means a Gwich’in business which has been designated by the Gwich’in Tribal Council as a Registered Gwich’in Business and which has satisfied the criteria for designation set for in section 9.0 of the Gwich’in Business Policy, eligible criteria includes:

A minimum 51% ownership;
Management or active involvement in the business;
Local office in the GSA;
Assets in the name of business;
Ability to meet definition of Best Total Value;

Compliant with GNWT requirements to operate a business Commitment to purchase/contract goods and services from existing Registered Gwich’in business. Please fill in the application below to initiate the review process.
